New feature: from now on it is possible to register returns from all countries of the world; whether you want to process a return from Japan, Colombia or South Africa; it is now possible. even if you do not have a logistics contract there!

Key insights:

- If you have enabled the exchange feature, exchange options will not be shown to consumers in countries without transportation options.

- Returnista does not collect payments for these returns. Consumers use the carrier of their choice and pay the carrier themselves.

- Users skip the "select carrier" page and therefore do not have the ability to select insurance.

- Sellers can customize instructions on the confirmation page in the dashboard via Settings > Translations.

- Dashboard users can identify 'ship it yourself' returns by the 'package' icon in the 'Carrier' field.Please note that the 'Return Status' is always set to 'Unknown/unknown'.

- Users receive an address label of your return address - this makes shipping easy
