In which countries is Returnista available?

Returnista is available in 28 countries. Currently, we are available in 26 EU member states, the United Kingdom and the United States. We will expand our offerings on a continuous basis in 2023!

What does Returnista give me?

By using the smart exchange tools, Returnista can help your brand retain a large part of its turnover. Turnover that would otherwise have been lost. Returnista's tools retain 25-40% of the total value of products returned from your store.

How is the commission on exchanges calculated?

Returnista charges a commission on return orders that are successfully exchanged. A successful exchange is an exchange that is not returned by the consumer. The commission is charged after the end of the billing cycle.

How long will it take to get started with Returnista?

After an agreement has been made, we can start linking Returnista to your store. Making the link and setting up the returns portal takes 1-2 hours. After that you are ready to go!
