Returnista 6th in Deloitte Technology Fast 50

Returnista belongs to the six fastest growing technology companies in the Netherlands. This was announced last night during the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards in Hilversum. Returnista is the only player with an all-in-one return solution to have made it into the Fast 50 of 2022.

3957% revenue growth in 4 years’ time

In the Technology Fast 50, Deloitte makes up a yearly list of the 50 fastest growing technology companies. With this ranking, Deloitte showcases the game-changers of the current market in an early stage. The 50 participating companies are nominated based on their revenue growth percentages over the past 4 years. During that time period, Returnista created a revenue growth of 3957%.

“A spot in the Technology Fast 50 ranking is therefore a wonderful acknowledgement for all our hard work and the fast growth we’ve experienced over the last couple of years”, says Olivier Muller, co-founder and CEO of Returnista.

Returns: the biggest problem for online stores

E-commerce – due to the Corona crisis – has experienced an unprecedented growth. For many online stores, however, this was accompanied by one major problem: an increase in the number of returns. Namely the Dutch fashion industry belongs to the top 3 of branches in Europe with the highest return rate.

Five years ago, the Muller brothers cleverly capitalized on this phenomenon: "Many online stores focus on a smooth sales process. However, the moment an item needs to be returned, the process falters, which is especially frustrating for both the store itself and the consumer. We have found a solution for that."
