Track & Trace is a system for tracking and monitoring the status of deliveries and returns. It provides real-time information about the location and status of the package during the delivery or return process, allowing you and your customer to track the (return) shipment.

Last-mile delivery tracking

Tracking last-mile delivery is a convenient feature that many delivery services offer in your customers' Track & Trace summary.

Through a signal box in the delivery driver's car, the location, route, mileage and speed is tracked using GPS (Global Positioning System), LBS (Location Based Services) and GSM (Global System for Mobile communications).

With the Track and Trace code, the customer can easily know approximately when it will be delivered or what the return statusis. This way, the customer always stays informed about the progress of their delivery or return.
