As of June 2023, Returnista and Monta have entered into a partnership to further improve services together. Returnista, known for offering an all-in-one returns solution for more than 1,000 brands across Europe, will integrate with Monta's fulfillment and shipping systems starting in June.What the integration means in brief:

• Monta customers can connect Returnista to their OMS (Shopify, Magento, Lightspeed) and automatically pre-register each return in the Monta WMS. The pre-notification ensures faster and smoother handling of returns in Monta's warehouse. The pre-notification can also be seen in your Monta dashboard for reporting purposes. Good to know, the return is of course also visible in the Returnista dashboard.

• Monta customers can have return labels created on their Monta logistics contract. The created shipments appear on the Monta invoice at the end of each billing cycle. In Returnista, the Monta customer can specify whether the consumer should pay for the return shipment.
